Is this service right for you?

When is Villa Moving right for you?

Villa relocations must attend to both interior furnishings and the landscape: curved garden paths, irrigation facilities, lawns, and water features may not support heavy-duty trolleys. Our team will define feasible moving corridors with the resident or housekeeper, separating art displays, wine collections, and outdoor furniture into different protection and handover processes.

01

Residents of villas with extensive landscaping, swimming pools, or circuitous garden paths.

02

Families with collections of art, wine, and custom interior/exterior furniture.

03

Relocations requiring joint confirmation of restricted zones by housekeepers, garden staff, or property representatives.

Service process

Villa Moving process

01

Landscape Boundary Marking.

Confirm load-bearing paths, irrigation locations, pool edges, and prohibited flower beds with the designated representative, and delineate temporary holding areas.

02

Collection Itemization Design.

Record the dimensions and condition of each art piece, wine box, sculpture, and custom furniture item, determining internal/external crates and transport orientation.

03

Staggered Indoor/Outdoor Dispatch.

Install specified protection first; schedule interior collections and outdoor items to pass through the garden path in separate batches to avoid cross-contamination and congestion.

04

New Site Environment Review.

Unload according to the receiving area's temperature/humidity and room labels, complete specified positioning, and verify packaging status and items awaiting professional installation with the representative.

What affects your quote?

What affects your quote?

Landscape Accessibility.

Hard surface width, turns, gradient, and restricted zones determine equipment and shuttle distances.

Collection Requirements.

Art medium, wine temperature, and furniture surfaces determine packaging specifications.

Coordination Point of Contact.

If housekeeper, garden, and property rules involve multi-party confirmation, allow time for handover.

Holding Space.

Ability to temporarily place items on sheltered hard surfaces and distance between vehicles and entrances affect batching.

Checklist

Prepare these details or photos before requesting a quote

  1. 1Provide a landscape plan or mark flower beds, irrigation, water features, and prohibited access areas.
  2. 2Arrange a contact who can represent the resident to confirm with housekeeping and garden staff.
  3. 3Provide details for art, wine collections, sculptures, and custom furniture on an item-by-item basis.
  4. 4Confirm if there are sheltered holding areas and usable hard-surface routes at both sites.
  5. 5Pre-arrange times for art hanging, wine cellar startup, or other professional vendors.

Landscapes are not standard moving surfaces.

Load-bearing and slip-resistance of lawns, wooden decks, pool edges, and stone paths vary; we will not allow heavy items or machinery to pass without confirmation.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Can trolleys go directly across the lawn to the door?

Requires assessment of lawn load-bearing, underground irrigation, gradient, and weather; if there is a risk of damage, we will switch to a hard-surface route or discuss alternative protection schemes.

Can wine be put into the cellar immediately upon arrival at the new home?

Must be confirmed by the client that the cellar is in proper operating condition; climate-controlled transport, shelving, and inventory should be listed separately if needed.

Can a crane be used to lift large sculptures over the garden?

Cannot be confirmed without a survey. Weight, lifting points, equipment location, ground load-bearing, permits, and safety isolation all require specialized assessment.
