When is Studio Relocation right for you?
Photo studios, recording studios, and production spaces contain lenses, lighting, sound equipment, sets, and large quantities of small accessories; the focus is to avoid mixing boxes and damage from pressure. We move according to the packing and labeling requirements of the equipment manager; precision calibration, data backup, and professional equipment testing are still handled by the production team.
Teams needing to transport fragile lighting, stands, lens cases, and production computers by zone.
Production spaces needing to place sets, props, and technical equipment in separate locations.
Studio Relocation process
Equipment grading
Equipment manager to label three levels: personal custody, dedicated-case transport, and general props.
Record packing
Create handover lists based on equipment case numbers, accessory relationships, and rooms at the new site.
Anti-vibration transport
Keep fragile cases in the specified orientation, separated from heavy sets, and secured in the vehicle.
Room handover
Deliver technical equipment to designated secure zones first, then place props and set parts.
What's included?
Included in your quote

Packing specifications for lenses, microphones, bulbs, and controllers affect handling methods.
Case supply
Whether original hard cases, shock-proof inserts, and complete accessory boxes are available affects preparation work.
Set dimensions
Whether background panels, platforms, stands, and props can be disassembled limits access routes and vehicle space.
Security handover
Lists of high-value equipment, case seals, designated signatories, and storage zones must be confirmed in advance.
Checklist
Prepare these details or photos before requesting a quote
- 1Back up production files and keep memory cards and important master tapes in your own custody.
- 2Equipment manager to power down, disconnect, and pack each item into appropriate hard cases.
- 3Mark cases containing lenses, bulbs, etc., as 'do not invert' or 'do not crush'.
- 4Bundle each set of equipment accessories with the same case number and take photos as records.
- 5Clear a secure room at the new site for priority handover of high-value equipment.
Keep important media and precision lenses in separate custody
Storage media containing unique material should be backed up and handed over personally by designated personnel; precision equipment should not be loaded if not in appropriate protective cases.
Frequently asked questions
Can lenses be moved in standard cartons?
Not recommended. Lenses and precision equipment should be moved in original cases or hard cases with suitable inserts; we will request improvements if packaging is insufficient.
Is dismantling/reassembly included for recording studio acoustic panels?
Movable panels can be assessed based on the list; fixed walls, ceiling structures, or acoustic engineering must be handled by relevant professional contractors.
Will you assist in testing equipment after the move?
We are responsible for physical handover and placement; signal, calibration, and functional tests should be completed by technical personnel familiar with the equipment.
