Is this service right for you?

When is Night Relocation right for you?

Night moving is suitable for venues restricted by operating hours, but it does not mean unrestricted noise or extended working time. Vehicles, security, freight elevators, lighting, and neighboring residents must be coordinated in advance; we only execute within time slots where the building has granted formal approval and safety conditions are sufficient.

01

Tenants only granted approval by commercial buildings or malls to move outside of business hours.

02

Companies needing to maintain reception or retail operations during the day and only able to handover at night.

03

Venues needing to avoid peak loading/unloading hours but capable of providing night security support.

Service process

Night Relocation process

01

Obtain approval

Confirm work permits, insurance, freight elevators, security, and permitted noise time slots first.

02

Design quiet procedures

Perform noisier tasks like dismantling/reassembly and packing in advance, focusing on orderly transport at night.

03

Night handover

Representatives at both locations maintain communication, controlling foot traffic and gate opening times according to approved routes.

04

Timely wrap-up

Clear materials and inspect common areas before the deadline, making separate arrangements for remaining items.

What affects your quote?

What affects your quote?

Approval window

Times allowed for entry, making noise, and mandatory departure directly limit the scope that can be completed.

Noise requirements

Proximity to residences, floor vibrations, and metal dismantling restrictions will alter procedures.

Night security

Door opening, freight elevator control, visitor registration, and escort requirements affect waiting time.

Lighting and vehicle routes

Lighting at loading areas, road closure rules, parking distance, and night entrances must all be assessed.

Checklist

Prepare these details or photos before requesting a quote

  1. 1Obtain written night-work approval and submit required insurance documents.
  2. 2Confirm security duty, freight elevator operator availability, and door-opening arrangements for both sites.
  3. 3Complete packing and approved noisy dismantling/reassembly tasks during the day.
  4. 4Notify relevant neighbors or departments and comply with noise management requirements.
  5. 5Arrange a night-shift representative authorized to decide on halting work or continuing the next day.

Night approval and lighting are both mandatory

Fire exits, loading areas, and moving routes must be sufficiently lit; security and noise rules must be obeyed; wrap-up procedures will be initiated once the deadline is reached.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Is night moving necessarily faster?

Roads may be clearer, but security registration, freight elevator limits, and noise-reduction requirements also affect progress; it is not assumed to be faster than daytime.

What happens if we exceed the building's approved time?

Work will stop on time according to venue rules and wrap up safely; unfinished parts must be rescheduled with the client and property management for another approved time slot, with related costs negotiated separately.

Can we start work before management office approval?

No. Night work requires official entry and freight elevator arrangements; work will not commence if not approved or if safety lighting is insufficient.
